Do you take insurance?
We are a self-pay office, and do not take insurance or medicare.
Do you work with clients nationwide?
Yes! I offer Zoom consultations & phone call alternatives.
Do I still need a primary care physician?
Yes. I am not a licensed medical doctor and do not provide acute care services. I do not replace the services that your primary care provides.
What to expect before your first appointment?
Consent & intake forms will be sent electronically via email. Please have these completed at least 2 business days before appointment.
Email me any previous lab work you would like reviewed
I will call you via zoom or phone the day of our appointment
If meeting in person I will come to the waiting room and bring you back to my office
What can I expect during my first appointment?
At your initial consultation I will explain to you how I work. I will address any questions you may have before we start & then dive into your case history. You can expect to spend our time discussing your health concerns. We will discuss options for lab testing and come up with a plan to get you started on your health journey.
What to expect after appointments?
Shortly after our appointments I will send you a recap email explaining everything we talked about, including instructions and recommendations & an appointment link to book our next appointment if we did not do that in the office.
